Developed a hybrid Value of Carbon framework for a leading Canadian gold producer that combined direct carbon pricing exposure with a qualitative risk scorecard addressing regulatory, market, and operational carbon risks.
By integrating carbon valuation directly into project evaluation process and financial modeling, the framework enables structured comparison between business-as-usual and low-carbon alternatives. This strengthens capital allocation decisions across uneven carbon exposure regimes.

Led the global standardization of ISO 50001 EnMS across 200+ manufacturing sites, streamlining the approach from 18 disparate tools down to 5 core tools using the Lean Six Sigma methodology.
This approach significantly reduced implementation time, cost, and resource demands by more than 50%. The standardized framework enabled consistent energy performance tracking, internal audits, and continuous improvement practices across international operations, aligning site-level activities with broader corporate sustainability goals.

Strcutured an Energy Performance Contract for a manufacturing facility integrating a 1MW BESS, alongside an existing Combined Heat and Power (CHP) unit, to eliminate 100% of Class A Global Adjustment peak demand charges while strengthening operational resilience.
A detailed analysis of peak demand intervals, plant operations, and production dependencies was conducted to ensure the battery dispatch strategy aligned with real operating constraints.
